Get Personalized Listings by Email!

Now, you can find out when new listings are added by setting up a custom listing filter.

Just look for the link on our homepage or the city page:

Then, pick the homes your interested in from the form that pops up:

After completing the form, we'll send you a verification email. You'll have to check your email and click the link inside to verify your address. NOTE: You can select as may cities as you want by holding down "ctrl" while you click ("cmd" on a mac). Or, if you leave it blank, you'll get all new listings.

That's it! Now, every time we add a new listing that matches your selections, we'll send you a summary of the listing with a link to watch the video.

In case you're concerned, you can cancel at anytime with a single click in a notification email. Plus, we'll never spam you�we promise.

New RSS Feeds

You can now subscribe to HouseFLIX listings using RSS feeds. If you're not familiar with RSS, it's a way to be notified when new content is added. To read RSS you need some type of feed reader. Most modern browsers have this feature built in, but you can also use a web-based version such as Google Reader.

This is great if you're buyer and you want to keep track of new listings added in the cities you're interested in. The same is true for agents. By consistently watching videos of the new listings that are added you'll know what's available and you'll be better equipped to find the perfect house for your buyers.

We've been adding new listings very quickly in the last few weeks. Now you can use RSS to keep an eye on what's new.

50,000 Videos Watched!

We're proud to announce that today 50,000 videos have been watched on the site since we began tracking that information about a year ago.

We've been seeing much higher traffic rates recently and we're on track to totally blow that number out of the water in the coming year.

By keeping one complete listing on HouseFLIX that information is updated daily and will appear on: Google Base, Vast.com, HotPads.com, Oodle.com and of course on HouseFLIX.com.

This benefit is included at no extra charge for our customers. Of course the agent's information (and in some cases, even picture and logo) is sent as part of the listing so all leads are sent straight to the agent.

Send Video Links with Ease

Now you can email listings easily with a much improved email form. Just click on the "email it" link right above the video player.

An in-browser window pops up.

Just enter your info and a note to the recipient and we'll include a link to listing video and send it on your behalf. It couldn't be easier.

We're on Oodle.com

All of our listings are now syndicated to Oodle.com. That means that once a listing is on HouseFLIX.com it will automatically show up on Oodle.com as well.

Oodle is a large classified ad site with all kinds of stuff listed. They don't keep extensive listing details on their pages, they just send visitors straight to HouseFLIX. If you want to see what the listings look like on their site go to Oodle.com and search for 'HouseFLIX'.
