The HouseFLIX Story

Founded in June 2005 as a business school project at Cal State San Bernardino, HouseFLIX.com has gradually evolved into the local market leader in video-based house tours.

The idea of being the simplest and best way to list homes on the Internet was initially spelled out by Henrik Joreteg while finishing up his business degrees. Since then, several very talented people have caught the vision and now lend their talents to HouseFLIX.

Travis Blank, the first HouseFLIX videographer (FLIXERS™ as we now call them), has been with HouseFLIX from the beginning. His work singlehandedly defined our filming style.

Mark Bond (BONDesign.com), our graphics expert, created the HouseFLIX logo and other visual elements of our service. His skills speak for themselves through his carefully thought-out, ingenious-yet-simple design work.

HouseFLIX was incorporated on Aug. 1, 2007.
